About the Role:
- Own and improve day-to-day business operations at a fast-growing creative studio.
- Work closely with company leadership and top tech founders.
What You'll Do:
- Handle financial operations: accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, vendor payments, expense reconciliation, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage contracts and compliance: review, redline, and negotiate client/vendor agreements, NDAs, and oversee business compliance.
- Lead people operations: onboarding/offboarding, documentation, policies, and vendor management.
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in business or finance operations, ideally at a fast-growing startup.
- Highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Experience with contracts, AI tools, and process improvement.
