What You'll Own:

• Define the Life of a Load operating model, establishing workflows, handoffs, and responsibilities across Waabi, customers, and ecosystem partners.
• Own the commercial requirements and roadmap for Mission Control, including monitoring, remote assistance, and exception handling.
• Establish off-nominal response protocols, roadside services, recovery, and customer service experience.

What Success Looks Like:

• Driverless service works as a product: scales, holds up commercially, and earns customer trust.
• Launch readiness enabled by clear requirements for off-nominal response, roadside services, and customer support.
• Mission Control product roadmap built with clear engineering priorities and a path to operational efficiency.
