About the Role:
- Lead AMER logistics and warehousing operations, including inbound, warehouse, and outbound activities across B2B and B2C channels.
- Partner with Japan Logistics and regional teams to ensure resilient, cost-effective, and agile supply chain execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee port-to-warehouse flow, warehouse partner performance, and outbound transportation On Time In Full.
- Drive continuous improvement, Lean culture, and standardized metric reviews across the network.
What We're Looking For:
- 12+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain operations, or transportation.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with a focus on operational excellence.
