3PF Operations Associate

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily with 3PF warehouse leads and the Sr. Director of 3rd Party Fulfillment on shipments to third-party fulfillment centers.
• Create and monitor shipments within company software, tracking progress from picking through receipt at the fulfillment center.
• Investigate inventory shipped to Amazon that has not been received, file Seller Central cases, and follow through to resolution.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations roles with strong understanding of fulfillment processes.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations, including filing discrepancy cases.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments.
