About the Role:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts in last-mile, logistics, and warehousing.
- Build strong relationships with site managers, operations leaders, and HR stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Own account health, forecasting, and reporting on key metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales and Ops to expand presence and ensure supply meets demand.
- Resolve escalations quickly to minimize disruption.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of account management experience in logistics or staffing.
- Strong understanding of warehouse and delivery operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM skills.
