About the Role:
- Assist with medical device fulfillment for remote cardiac and pulmonary rehab programs.
- Act as escalation point for warehouse operations and fulfillment issues.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory and maintain accurate records of lost/damaged devices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Member Experience and Warehouse Operations.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and direct patient-facing communication.
Nice to Have:
- Healthcare or medical device logistics experience.
