General Responsibilities:
- Support global fulfillment operations for surgical procedures.
- Ensure compliant and timely delivery of medical products and assets.
- Collaborate with field teams and internal stakeholders to keep orders moving.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
- Execute end-to-end order processing and reverse logistics workflows.
- Manage loaner kit program and maintain rigorous inventory accuracy.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- 3+ years of experience in medical device field operations or related regulated environment.
- Proficiency in QAD, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
- Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, and EU MDR.
