Client Communication
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales orders from receipt through invoice across sales channels.
- Validate order attributes and consult with Sales Team on unexpected terms.
- Manage inventory allocations and set ship by dates.
Communication:
- Foster relationships with retail partners as primary contact for orders.
- Field inquiries and proactively share order changes using AI-supported processes.
- Maintain organized records of order details and serve as project coordinator.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Support special projects for promotions and merchandising.
- Document and follow SOPs for order fulfillment and system workflows.
- Coordinate with Sales Team, distributors, and retailers on shipping requirements.
