Senior Retail Operations Specialist

About the role:

• Senior Retail Operations Specialist to run the daily engine behind Grüns retail fulfillment.
• Ensure every order ships accurately, on time, and in full.
• This role connects internal ops, 3PLs, and retail accounts.

In this role, you will:

• Own day-to-day retail order fulfillment and resolve issues before they become late shipments.
• Proactively manage base inventory to flag shortages.
• Process new orders accurately and on schedule.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years of experience in retail operations in CPG.
• Has direct experience with Walmart and Club channel.
• Is fluent in Excel and comfortable with ERP/WMS systems.
