Role Description:
- Oversee partner fulfillment centers as the primary liaison between operations and the business.
- Report to the Senior Director, Fulfillment Operations, and manage a growing region of centers.
What you'll do:
- Track and report KPIs to support capacity, complexity, and demand.
- Develop Operations Support Managers to implement ideas within 4 weeks.
- Scope capital improvements in machinery, technology, and software.
What you'll bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree in operations, logistics, or supply chain, or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years of progressive operations, fulfillment, and warehouse management experience.
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel and deep experience with WMS systems.
