What You'll Do:
- Own sector performance and serve as the highest escalation point for frontline operations, resolving KPI issues and driving process improvements.
- Represent operations externally in customer milestone meetings and cross-functionally with Revenue, Network, R&D, and Finance to define SOPs and solutions.
- Coach and develop supervisors, manage training platform (WorkRamp), and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing high-performing operations teams, ideally in time-critical logistics, marketplace, or supply chain environments.
- Strong cross-functional influence with a track record of aligning teams without formal authority, including Revenue, Network, Finance, and QA.
- Experience managing distributed teams across time zones and maintaining 24/7/365 coverage models.
Your First 6 Months:
- Build relationships across your sector team and cross-functional partners, develop fluency in sector performance and key accounts within the first 90 days.
- Independently manage day-to-day escalations, staffing coordination, and co-own SAR prep and delivery with sector leadership by 180 days.
