About the Role:

- Support program leadership in overseeing teams, including coaching, professional development, and performance management.
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and departmental processes.
- Analyze KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities — then translate data into actionable recommendations.
