What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of Assessment Leads.
- Oversee statewide testing operations to deliver smooth, well-planned assessment events.
- Maintain regular communication with internal teams and K–12 administrators.
What You Bring:
- Experience managing teams in a remote environment.
- Demonstrated experience working with K–12 school and district-level administrators.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
How Success is Measured:
- Assessment Leads consistently meet performance targets.
- 100% of testing sessions staffed and operationally ready.
- Scores entered within 48 hours of test completion.
