Senior Success Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Create and accurately maintain merchant-facing purchase order trackers reflecting current PO status and merchant-specific data.
• Coordinate shipments by communicating with operations and transportation companies to ensure timely load pickups.
• Create accurate BOLs in accordance with retailer and GS1 standards.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience managing operations and backend activities with cross-departmental coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Internet navigation with intermediate Excel skills.
