Fulfillment Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Operations Leadership in 360 day-to-day operations and project management.
• Responsible for oversight and implementation of operations related initiatives, both internal and cross functional.
• Serve as liaison between ops dept. and external partners, reporting back to leadership team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or similar field; 4-6 years experience in operations management.
• 1-2 years of managerial experience; knowledge of Magento, Skubana, and Salesforce.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to travel once or twice a year.
