Coordinate inbound shipments from suppliers to 3PL warehouse, including shipment documentation and scheduling.
Act as day-to-day point of contact with 3PL partner to support receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and inventory inquiries.
Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and proactively communicate updates or delays.

Qualifications:

1-3 years experience in operations, administration, or related field; logistics and supply chain experience is an asset.
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations is an asset.

Compensation & Perks:

Annual salary range of $50,000–$60,000 (CAD/USD) with performance bonus.
3 weeks paid vacation, health benefits coverage, $250 annual period & menstrual budget.
