About the Role:
- You will manage customer orders from receipt through delivery for major retail accounts.
- You will serve as a key connection between customers, Sales, Supply Chain, and external partners.
- You will ensure accurate order entry and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end order fulfillment, including order accuracy and inventory allocation.
- Maintain retailer compliance and resolve chargebacks and disputes.
- Provide high-level customer service and support account initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in order fulfillment or supply chain in CPG industry.
- Experience with EDI transactions and Netsuite preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
