About the Role:
- Help business and product teams use AI for review and quality work.
- Map workflows, build AI-driven processes, and monitor their performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize projects by business impact and build the case for them.
- Partner with process owners to map workflows and define human-in-the-loop points.
- Create test sets, measure accuracy, and calibrate LLM judges.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years in operations, program management, analytics, consulting, or applied AI.
- Daily AI user with proven impact; comfortable with metrics like accuracy and recall.
- Strong communication, self-direction, and experience with messy processes.
Key Details:
- 12-month contract, remote within the U.S.
- Pay rate $65-$75/hour plus benefits.
