- Own AOP governance, QA cadence, and cross-functional triage to assign owners.
- Partner with Product to keep AOPs updated with feature changes.
Success:
- A functioning governance structure with clear ownership and QA cadence.
- A triage process where every surfaced gap has a named owner and due date.
- Trusted reporting on deflection and resolution quality to leadership.
What you'll bring:
- 8+ years in healthcare operations, consulting, or services.
- Experience with operational governance, QA, or documentation frameworks.
- 3+ years leading teams in high-growth environments and cross-functional forums.
