What you'll do:
- Define and drive the provider experience strategy across Spring Health and Alma.
- Identify moments that matter most and remove friction impacting satisfaction, engagement, retention, and performance.
- Serve as a strong voice of the provider, using data and feedback to influence priorities.
What success looks like:
- Improve provider satisfaction/NPS and retain high-quality providers.
- Improve providers' ability to build and sustain practices.
- Deliver fast, high-quality resolution while increasing self-service and AI-enabled support.
What you'll bring:
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare operations, provider operations, or related fields.
- Deep understanding of provider workflows and factors enabling successful practices.
- Strong cross-functional influence and analytical judgment.
