Senior Manager, Practice Operations

About the Role:

• A provider who is not enrolled with a payer can't deliver services; every week a family waits longer.
• This role exists to close that gap by taking operational problems from broken to boring.
• Your first assignment is credentialing and payer enrollment.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Assignment ownership: take a problem from definition to full optimization with a clear plan.
• Process design and documentation: develop living SOPs with owners, timings, and escalation paths.
• Measurement and reporting: define what we count and ensure the numbers are trustworthy.
• Quality and evidence: design checks for accuracy and timeliness with proof.
• Product partnership: translate team needs into specs for engineering and verify the build.
• Adoption and training: roll out processes across time zones and ensure adoption.
• Handoff and sustainment: finish assignments with a named owner, metric, and 60-day check.

About You:

• You are an operator who prefers a broken process to a finished plan.
• 5+ years running operations in a complex, regulated environment; healthcare strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of building SOPs, setting SLAs, and handing off sustained processes.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to define metrics and find root causes.
• Influence without authority, excellent communication, and mission alignment.

Compensation and Location:

• $130,000 – $150,000 base salary plus equity.
• Fully remote within the US; some flexibility on hours.
• Report to Head of Practice Operations.
