Credentialing / Enrollment Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support a pod of New Bets Credentialing or Enrollments Associates or Senior Associates, setting priorities, clarifying ownership and deadlines, reviewing work quality, giving feedback, and holding the team accountable for outcomes.
• Direct virtual-assistant capacity supporting the pod, including work allocation, training, quality assurance, and performance monitoring.
• Own complex credentialing programs end to end, including payer enrollments, workflows for credentialing Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners and Therapists, ongoing monitoring, and delegated credentialing operations.

Requirements:

• Approximately 5–9 years of experience in payer enrollment, credentialing, provider operations, healthcare operations, or a closely related field.
• Meaningful credentialing domain depth across payer enrollment, provider onboarding, ongoing monitoring, delegated credentialing, accreditation, or related workflows.
• Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including setting priorities, directing work, giving feedback, managing performance, and developing team members.

• You will maintain a high bar for quality and compliance, ensure new-provider workflows do not become a growth bottleneck, and build the systems, team capabilities, and operating rhythms needed to support rapid growth toward 25,000+ providers.
• This role is critical to scaling Nourish’s provider network as we add payers, providers, provider types, and delegated arrangements.
