SVP, Operations and Transformation

Central Operations & Ownership:

• Design, staff, and scale centralized hubs for provider support, credentialing, and scheduling.
• Centralize medical records retrieval and automate lab ordering and results routing.
• Architect referral management engine and optimize FFS and VBC workflows.

Facility Partner Implementation:

• Standardize launch playbook for new SNF, ALF, and senior community partners.
• Bridge central operations with facility-specific systems like PointClickCare and MatrixCare.
• Lead change management and training for facility staff to drive adoption.

Provider Productivity & Experience:

• Build tooling to maximize clinical throughput and reduce travel times.
• Partner with product teams to streamline EHR (ChartEasy) and minimize charting friction.
• Implement automated routing for administrative tasks to reduce provider burden.

Value-Based Care & Performance Management:

• Develop operational tools embedding VBC requirements into daily workflows.
• Design real-time tracking systems to flag at-risk patients and reduce hospital readmissions.
• Create executive scorecards to monitor billing velocity, lab turnaround, referral conversion, and quality outcomes.
