Operational Leadership:
- Lead day-to-day and long-term operations across Tia’s brick-and-mortar clinics, virtual care, and markets to achieve EBITDA goals.
- Build the foundational operating infrastructure needed to scale a multi-state, multi-site clinical business.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear operating plans and drive cross-functional execution.
Clinical Operating System:
- Build and enforce repeatable operating playbooks across clinics and care modalities.
- Conduct clinic and market assessments to identify inconsistencies and drive standardization.
- Create workflows, SOPs, dashboards, and management routines for measurable execution.
Scheduling and Capacity:
- Lead design and optimization of scheduling models, provider templates, and staffing plans.
- Use data to assess patient demand, provider supply, and throughput, and identify bottlenecks.
- Partner with clinical leaders to ensure operating models support high-quality care and sustainable performance.
Performance Management:
- Establish operating standards, dashboards, and accountability mechanisms across markets.
- Lead weekly reviews and corrective action planning to improve performance.
- Foster a culture of operational discipline with data-driven decisions and follow-through.
