Accountabilities:
- Lead execution and continuous optimization of integrated clinical service operations across behavioral health, pharmacy, and nursing.
- Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and capacity management to ensure efficient staffing and optimal service delivery.
- Drive performance against HEDIS quality measures, total cost of care, risk adjustment, and productivity KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or Operations Management.
- 3–5+ years of experience in clinical operations, population health, or healthcare service management.
- Strong experience in capacity planning, workforce scheduling, and operational modeling in healthcare.
