About the role:
- This is a remote, full-time hourly position starting at $30+/hr as an Operations Team Lead.
- You will lead a team of 10 or more Operations Specialists executing patient access workflows.
- Report to the Operations Queue Lead and own team productivity, quality, and SLA performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage team metrics, coach specialists, and handle escalations in gray-zone situations.
- Build infrastructure like SOPs, audits, and analytics ahead of headcount growth.
- Give leadership accurate, timely visibility on performance and risks.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years in SLA-driven operations with at least 1-2 years directly managing a team of 5+.
- Background in healthcare operations is a significant advantage.
- Analytical and technically fluent with data and complex software tools.
