Role Overview:
- Drive process improvements and ensure quality, consistency, and scalability in clinical operations.
- Partner with product and analytics teams to leverage technology and automation.
What You'll Do:
- Support clinical process improvement initiatives and monitor SLA performance.
- Conduct root cause analyses and develop remediation plans.
- Optimize letters and template tracking through collaboration.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree and active clinical licensure (RN, PT/OT/SLP).
- 3+ years of utilization management operations experience.
- Strong data analysis skills and stakeholder management abilities.
