Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve pod-level provider support workflows, automation, and shared data practices.
- Partner with medical and clinical leadership across the provider lifecycle from onboarding to retention.
- Design and implement systems and automation to reduce administrative cognitive load and prevent burnout.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare operations or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years in healthcare operations with direct people management experience.
- Experience with help desk platforms like Zendesk and familiarity with EHR platforms such as Athena.
