Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular, proactive communication with partner stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
- Drive growth within existing partnerships by identifying opportunities for program enhancement.
- Own partnership performance analytics and reporting, tracking key metrics and demonstrating value creation.
Qualifications:
- Clinical degree or licensure (OT or related healthcare credential) and 3+ years of project management or account management experience in healthcare.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret program data, along with a consultative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with healthcare payer operations, managed care, and value-based care models preferred.
