Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day project management for payer partner implementations.
- Own intake and documentation for incoming partner requests.
- Identify risks and escalate to keep work moving forward.
Partner Communication and Deliverables:
- Prepare clear, polished partner-facing materials.
- Build relationships with payer stakeholders and lead weekly check-ins.
- Communicate status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Coordination and Process Improvement:
- Partner with Clinical, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Support building Chamber’s partner implementation playbook.
- Recommend process improvements for clarity and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years client-facing operations experience in healthcare.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
