About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations – Provider Performance to establish a holistic provider performance strategy.
- You will lead a high-impact team operating at the intersection of clinical strategy, data analytics, and operational execution.
- Your mandate is to optimize provider performance to drive clinical quality, client access, and business results.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and execute provider performance vision, establishing standardized frameworks across all clinical service lines.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing operations team, setting high-impact priorities.
- Oversee development of operational tools, workflows, and dashboards that empower clinical managers and provide executive visibility.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in business operations, healthcare operations, or high-growth health tech; 8+ years of people management.
- Deep understanding of clinical network operations and provider metrics.
- Proven ability to scope analytical frameworks and partner with analytics teams to build data-driven tools.
