About the Role:
- Lead the clinical team of physicians and advanced practice providers, owning systems and processes for scalable excellent care.
- Partner with Head of Dietetics and cross-functional teams to drive interdisciplinary care and product improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scale and supervise clinical team while maintaining high-quality care through metrics, technology, and coaching.
- Champion interdisciplinary model with dietitians and therapists, and provide part-time direct clinical care.
- Shape future expansion of service lines, visit types, and provide clinical foundation for growth.
What We're Looking For:
- 6-10+ years post-medical school with strong clinical and operational experience.
- Excellent clinician in cardiometabolic disease, with data savvy and team management skills.
- Humble, action-oriented leader who builds trust and thinks across people, systems, and technology.
