What You Will Own:
- Lead and manage the clinical team including physicians, APPs, physical therapists, and coaches.
- Develop clinical staffing and capacity plans and own clinician selection.
- Own the consistent delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and lead quality improvement.
Who You Are:
- Seven or more years of experience in care delivery operations or related field.
- Significant experience directly managing clinicians and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of clinical quality, patient safety, and patient experience.
