You will own day-to-day technical execution and write production code as the most senior full-time individual contributor. You will build core systems for patient onboarding, clinician workflows, data pipelines, and AI-assisted tools. You will collaborate with clinicians, leadership, and partners to turn ambiguous healthcare workflows into durable software.

Collaborate with physicians, coaches, and clinicians to ensure favorable outcomes and refine clinical protocols. Educate patients on condition management, ergonomics, and pain science while identifying red flags for escalation.
