Lead and oversee global, multiregional, or complex regional Clinical FSP partnerships, serving as the primary strategic contact for assigned customers.
Establish, maintain, and expand customer relationships while ensuring delivery aligns with contractual agreements and strategic priorities.
Provide executive oversight for clinical FSP delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, key performance indicators, milestones, audits, and contractual commitments are successfully achieved.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Management, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or clinical research industry.
At least 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience within healthcare, clinical research, or related environments.
