About the Role:
- Own planning, execution, and oversight of clinical studies in LATAM.
- Serve as primary client contact and ensure delivery per protocol, SOPs, and regulations.
- Shape recruitment strategies and lead feasibility and site start-up.
Responsibilities:
- Develop study related clinical documents and training materials.
- Lead internal clinical team meetings and set expectations for CRAs and CTAs.
- Manage eTMF implementation, vendor management, and CAPA plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of clinical research experience with significant monitoring experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
