Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive clinical outcomes across your portfolio, strategically aligning with national performance excellence goals.
- Serve as a national clinical champion, communicating and implementing value-based care workflows.
- Collaborate with executive directors and market presidents to deploy resources and achieve shared savings targets.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO) with residency in an adult primary care specialty.
- 2+ years of direct clinical experience and 5+ years as a medical director or clinical strategy lead with hospitals/health systems.
- Board certified in specialty, with ability to manage multiple projects and span from strategy to tactical work.
