Accountabilities:
- Lead the strategic development and optimization of physician and APP compensation programs and contracting processes.
- Oversee quality assurance, fair market value assessments, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with executive leaders and cross-functional teams to resolve complex workforce and financial challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional-level experience in healthcare, operations, finance, HR, or related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience managing teams and programs.
