What will you do?:
- Lead clinical quality and compliance initiatives, including audits and provider feedback.
- Manage and develop the Psychiatry Operations team, setting performance goals and fostering accountability.
- Drive operational excellence using data and collaborate with Product and Engineering on platform enhancements.
What will you NOT do?:
- Worry about runway or cash left; we are fully funded.
- Be confined to a narrow job description; you'll influence product, marketing, and strategy.
