Key Responsibilities:
- Train, supervise, and provide ongoing performance feedback to Behavioral Health Care Managers.
- Foster a collaborative team culture emphasizing evidence-based practices and professional development.
- Serve as a liaison between behavioral health, oncology providers, and psychiatric consultants.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Active clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in at least one state.
- Minimum 3–5 years of behavioral health clinical experience.
