About the Role:
- Lead the daily clinical operations of the PMHNP residency cohort.
- Deliver direct clinical supervision, case reviews, and evidence-based training.
- Maintain a 18-hour direct clinical care caseload per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee residency operations and monitor milestone achievements.
- Design and execute onboarding, didactic sessions, and case conferences.
- Collaborate with therapy, OT, and SLP leadership to teach integrated care.
Qualifications:
- Current PMHNP license in PA/NJ/MD/VA with ability to cross-license.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a licensed CRNP/PMHNP; child/adolescent experience preferred.
- Proven experience in precepting or clinical educator roles.
