Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Maryland

Day-to-Day Practice:

• 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity populations.
• Standard session lengths of 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
• Integrated care model with in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists.

What We’re Looking For:

• Board-certified PMHNP with active unrestricted license and autonomous practice authority.
• Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care.
• Proficiency in telepsychiatry and electronic medical records.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full-time W-2 employment with total on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+.
