Operations Manager, Systems Architecture

About the Role:

• You will lead and scale the Systems Architecture team, driving operational strategy and multi-system integrations.
• Serve as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution, partnering with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations leaders.
• Own complex cross-system integrations and data pipelines across Workday, Salesforce, and downstream platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a high-performing team, developing tactical plans and driving performance against metrics.
• Direct the operational strategy for tool integrations, ensuring system stability, scalability, and data integrity.
• Partner cross-functionally to surface risks, resolve tensions, and clear execution roadblocks.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Operations Management, Systems Architecture, or related technical-ops function.
• Proven people leadership with success in setting roadmaps and mentoring team members.
• Deep experience with enterprise tool ecosystems like Salesforce, Workday, Jira, and data flows.
