Your Role:
- Lead the Business Applications team, overseeing administration, integration development, and AI agent deployment across the company.
- Architect and build integrations using Workato and AWS, and deploy AI agents on platforms like Glean and Claude to automate business processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive scalability, operational efficiency, and self-service capabilities.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong experience in IT, business systems administration, and team leadership with hands-on skills in Jira, Workato, AWS, and AI platforms.
- Deep understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and stakeholder management to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of access control, data security, and compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
