Director, IT

Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy and execution of Life360's core IT Operations & Engineering teams including enterprise identity, endpoint management, network infrastructure, collaboration, and end user services.
• Drive the technical roadmap and transparency programs to provide leadership clear visibility into IT quality, risks, and investments.
• Lead, hire, and grow a high-performing IT team, raising the bar toward an engineering first skillset and standing up new IT engineering roles as the function scales.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT, including at least 7-8 years in a senior leadership role directing multiple teams or functions.
• Deep hands-on grounding in modern IT infrastructure: identity and access management, endpoint management, cloud collaboration platforms, and enterprise networking.
• Experience embedding AI tools and automation into IT operations and employee productivity workflows.
