Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure and operations, including networking, servers, cloud services, and endpoint management.
- Lead the IT Operations team, oversee enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Partner with Information Security on security best practices, vulnerability remediation, and compliance.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, with 5+ years of experience in operations or cybersecurity.
- 3+ years leading an IT operations team, with ITSM and ITIL experience preferred.
- Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash, and familiarity with AI tools preferred.
