Role:

  • Own end-to-end IT operations, from laptop procurement to account provisioning and tool automations.
  • Execute IT compliance and governance work, including access reviews and SOC 2 evidence collection.
  • Document runbooks, automation logic, and vendor contacts.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in IT operations at a remote company.
  • Hands-on experience with MDM (Kandji) and IdP (Okta) administration.
  • Proven scripting ability in Python, JavaScript, or Bash with REST API integration.

Success Metrics:

  • 30 days: Ramped on ticket queue, automation inventory documented.
  • 90 days: Onboarding/offboarding fully automated, first LLM tool shipped.
  • 6 months: 20-30% reduction in repetitive tickets through self-service.
