About the Role:
- Own frontline IT support and endpoint operations at LiveKit.
- Build reliable, low-friction systems that help a distributed team move fast.
- Partner closely with Security and Engineering for a secure internal environment.
What You'll Do:
- Manage day-to-day IT support, onboarding, and offboarding across time zones.
- Administer Okta, Workspace ONE, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Lead projects to improve automation, device compliance, and internal systems.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years in IT support or operations in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
- Hands-on with Okta, modern MDM tooling, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communicator with strong ownership and judgment.
