IT Specialist (Tier 1)

Role Expectations:

• Serve as the primary front-line IT service desk support contact for global employees
• Administer user lifecycle management, deploy and troubleshoot workstations and mobile devices
• Leverage AI tools to build automations and streamline IT processes

Required Experience:

• 1–2 years of hands-on IT Desktop/Service Desk Support experience
• Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, and MDM tools like Jamf
• Familiarity with remote work support and modern VPN solutions
