IT Engineer

About the Role:

• This role serves as the first point of contact at the Updater Helpdesk, leading IT knowledge management and owning Tier 2 systems administration.
• It reports to the Director, IT & Business Process Transformation and is suited for an IT professional who values clear documentation and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as first point of contact for IT support requests, triage Freshservice tickets, and resolve Tier 1/2 issues with clear communication.
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and hardware lifecycle, surface recurring issues for root cause resolution.
• Lead IT knowledge management by documenting in Confluence and driving adoption across the team.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
